Ingredients

  1. Dates (seedless) – 400 grams
  2. Milk – 1 cup
  3. Mix dry fruits – 1 cup
  4. Ghee – 4 to 5 teaspoon
  5. Grated fresh coconut – 1/2 cup
  6. Cocoa Powder – 1/4 cup
  7. Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Recipe

STEP 1

Make a paste of seedless dates.

STEP 2

Now fry dry fruits in ghee. Keep aside a little and make powder of the rest.

STEP 3

Put ghee in a pan and cook the date paste. Then add dry grated coconut, ghee, cocoa powder, and dry fruit powder and mix them well.

STEP 4

Add cardamom powder to it. Spread this mixture on a tray and garnish with dry fruits. Let them sit for a few hours.

STEP 5

Now, cut it using a knife in the shapes you want to serve your family or friends.
