Healthy dates breakfast for childrens

  1. Seedless dates – 550 grams
  2. Semolina – 200 grams
  3. Ghee – 100 grams
  4. Jaggery – 100 grams
  5. Milk – 300 ml
  6. Cardamom
  7. Cashews
  8. Raisins
  9. Almonds


Soak dates in the milk for 10 minutes. Roast cardamom in a pan, grind it well, and then add ghee and fry semolina.

Add milk and jaggery to the pan and cook while stirring. Coarsely grind the soaked dates. When the milk comes to a boil, add crushed dates, cardamom powder, and semolina.

When this mixture gathers in one place and starts leaving the pan, turn off the gas. Serve date pudding garnished with dry fruits.
