Method

STEP 1
First, peel off the top layer of ginger with a knife. Now put it in a vessel full which is of water and leave it for about 24 hours. After the time is up, take out the ginger from the water.

STEP 2
Now wash it well with water mixed with lemon juice and dip it in lime water then leave it. Let it soak in lime water until a white layer of lime appears on the ginger.

STEP 3
Now take it out of lime water and leave it to dry in the sun. After drying thoroughly, separate the remaining peel on it by rubbing it with a sackcloth.
