- 1chum-roasted vermicelli
- 1tablespoon ghee
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1- 2 long
- 1or 2 cardamom
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- Lemon juice
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2-4 curry leaves
- Salt according to taste
- Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Heat ghee in a nonstick pan, add cumin, clove, curry leaves, cardamom, and fry.
Now add green peas and carrots and fry them after adding red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt.
Then add one cup of water, mix well, cook for three to four minutes, and add vermicelli.
Now cook the recipe for 5 minutes, then add lemon juice and take it off. Now your recipe is ready to serve. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
